At Dear Emmalou, every piece is embroidered with care and made especially for you. Because each item is made to order and customized during the embroidery process, all sales are final and I do not currently accept returns or exchanges.

That said, your happiness genuinely matters to me. If there’s ever an issue with your order, or if something isn’t quite what you expected, please reach out. You can contact me at hello@dearemmalou.ca, and I’ll be more than happy to chat and see what accommodations may be possible.
