Processing Times

Because each Dear Emmalou piece is embroidered to order, please allow 7-10 business days for your order to be made and prepared for shipping.
(Processing times may be longer during launches, holidays, or high-order periods — thank you for your patience!)

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Dear Emmalou currently ships within Canada.

Standard Shipping (0–2kg): Shopify-calculated rate
Express Shipping (0–2kg): Shopify-calculated rate
Orders over $120: Free standard shipping

Note: Rates may update based on Canada Post’s pricing.

Shipping Times

Average delivery estimates within Canada (after processing time):

• Standard Shipping: 3–9 business days

• Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

Please note that delivery delays caused by the carrier are outside of my control, but I will always do my best to help.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package on its way to you — like a little love letter traveling home.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. If an address is entered incorrectly and the order is returned to me, the buyer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please send an email to hello@dearemmalou.ca. I’ll happily look into it and work with you to find a solution.
