Currently, I do not offer any items with personalization, but stay tuned...

How do I place an order?

Simply select your desired item and complete the checkout process. Each piece is of limited quantities, carefully prepared, and shipped to your home with love.

Do you ship internationally?

Shipping is currently available to Canadian addresses only. Stay tuned for shipping updates as Dear Emmalou grows!

How long does it take to receive my order?

Most items ship within 2-5 business days. Please note, each piece is made to order, so a total of 7-10 business days is needed to produce and ship each order. Personalized or custom pieces may take longer, please check the product description for details.

How do I care for my embroidered piece?

Each piece includes gentle care instructions to ensure your keepsake lasts a lifetime. Typically, hand wash or gentle cycle is recommended, with the garment turned inside out. Hang to dry to preserve quality and avoid shrinkage.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Due to the personalized nature of many items, returns and exchanged are currently limited. Please contact me if you have any concerns, I will do my best to assist!

Absolutely! Many pieces make thoughtful bridal gifts, anniversary presents, or keepsakes for loved ones. Please make a note if this is for a gift, and I will accommodate accordingly.
